In the present case the petitioner has been summoned to face trial on an application filed by the prosecution under Section 319 Cr.P.C. Vide order dated 22.7.2011, the petitioner was given liberty to appear before the court below and furnish his bail bonds.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had appeared before the court below and furnished his bail bonds. At present the entire prosecution evidence has been led and now the case is fixed for recording of statements of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C.
The aforesaid facts are not disputed by learned counsels for the State as well as the complainant.
Considering the stage of the trial, in my opinion, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 22.7.2011, deserves to be made absolute. Ordered accordingly.
