Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that dispute in the present case pertains to collection of monetary gifts between two sets of eunuchs in their monopolised area. All the injuries alleged in the FIR were found to be simple in nature. A civil suit between the parties was already pending when the FIR in question was got registered. The petitioner has already joined investigation.
Learned counsel for the State while not disputing the factum of petitioner's joining investigation, submitted that iron rod allegedly used in the crime has not been recovered.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the aforesaid facts, interim bail granted to the petitioner on 11.5.2011 is made absolute.
The petition stands disposed of.
