Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from Radhey Sham, Warder, Central Jail, Hisar, has submitted that request of the petitioner can be accepted and he can be transferred from Central Jail, Hisar to District Jail, Sirsa.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that petitioner-Gurmail Singh son of Bhira Singh will be transferred from Central Jail, Hisar to District Jail, Sirsa, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
A copy of this order, duly attested by the Special Secretary of this Court, be furnished to Mr. Sandeep S. Mann, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, for onward transmission and compliance.
