Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the petitioner was released on bail by the learned court below, he had been regularly appearing in the court on each and every date of hearing. However, on 24.3.2011, he could not appear as he had gone to his home State, Bihar where he fell ill and was hospitalized. Otherwise the intention was not to be absent from the Court.
He further submitted that in terms of order passed on 9.5.2011, he has already appeared before the Court and furnished his fresh bail bonds. He undertakes to appear in Court on each and every date of hearing in future.
Considering the aforesaid facts, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court on 9.5.2011 is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of.
