The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.125, dated 21.3.2011, registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 148, 149, 379, 427 of the IPC, at Police Station Sadar Patiala, District Patiala.
Counsel for the respondent, on instructions from SI Mohinder Singh, has accepted the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for any custodial interrogation.
Consequently, the order dated 4.5.2011 is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.
