favour of the entire ancestral and co-parcenary property held by him on 7th October, 2005. The said Will was got registered in a secret manner and by exercising undue influence. The husband of petitioner No.1 was missing since 3rd February, 2006 and this fact was never brought to the knowledge of the petitioner. It was only on 8th February, 2006 that one Pehlad informed petitioner No.2 regarding death of his father and dead-body of husband of petitioner No.1 was found in the well. The post mortem on the dead body was conducted on 9th February, 2006. Immediately after death of husband of petitioner No.1, respondent No.9 declared her to be owner of the property and petitioner No.1 was not allowed to stay even in the house. Petitioner No.2 came to know about the said Will which was executed in favour of respondent No.9 and an application was moved to SHO, Police Station, Ateli by petitioner No.2 by stating that his father has been murdered by respondent No.9 in order to grab the entire property but no action was taken by the police. Subsequently, an application was moved to Superintendent of Police, Narnaul but no action was taken on that also. An application was also moved to Inspector General of Police, Gurgaon for transferring the investigation and for taking legal action against respondent No.9. Ultimately on the basis of an application submitted by petitioner No.2, FIR No.92 dated 7th July, 2006 was registered under Section 302/34 IPC, but no action was taken against the accused persons and petitioners were never joined in the investigation.
