Present:Mr. Satbir Gill, Advocate for the petitioners.
DAYA CHAUDHARY, J.
Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court.
Learned counsel further submits that the personal appearance of the petitioners be exempted before the trial Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
However, the petitioners are at liberty to move an application for exemption of their personal appearance before the trial Court, which shall be decided by the trial Court by passing an order in accordance with law.
