This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuing directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to complete the investigations and for presentation of challan before the Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the FIR bearing No.107 under Sections 420,465, 468,471 and 120-B IPC, registered on 23.10.2010 at Police Station Sadar, Phagwara but no further action has been taken so far.
In view of this fact, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala to complete the investigation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
