This is an application seeking regular bail in case FIR No.806 dated 8.12.1999 under Sections 392/394/468/471/420/120-B IPC, P.S. City Rohtak.
Record reveals that petitioner has absented from the Court on 1.5.2007, while he was on regular bail. However, thereafter, he surrendered in Court on 13.2.2008. Record further reveals that again the petitioner remained absent from 7.9.2009 to 15.3.2010.
Past conduct of the petitioner goes to prove that the petitioner is habitual in not attending the Court on the date fixed. Petitioner is not

entitled to the discretionary relief of bail.
Dismissed. However, the trial Court is requested to expedite
the trial and to conclude the trial within three months from the date certified copy of this order is produced before the trial Court.
