The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in case FIR No.81, dated 3.7.2010, registered under Sections 307, 382, 325, 324, 326, 341, 323, 148, 149 of the IPC, at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda.
Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner has now been in custody since 20.8.2011 and that the injured has been discharged from hospital long ago.
Counsel for the respondent, on instructions from ASI Kulwant Singh, has accepted these factual assertions.
