Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner shall surrender/appear before the Illaqa Magistrate, on 15.04.2011 and shall seek regular bail therefrom, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Petitioner-accused shall surrender/appear before the Illaqa Magistrate on 15.04.2011 as undertook by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the event of moving regular bail application, the same shall be decided by the Magistrate, at its own merit, without undue delay, in accordance with law.
