This is tenant’s revision petition challenging the impugned order dated 7.5.2011 passed by Rent Controller, Bhatinda, whereby provisional rent of the demised premises has been assessed.
The aforesaid impugned order is appealable in view of judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Harjit Singh Uppal v. Anup Bansal, JT 2011(6) SC 236.
Thus, this revision petition is dismissed with the observation that the petitioner may seek appropriate remedy as aforesaid before the appellate authority in accordance with law.
