Aggrieved against the order dated 24.9.2010 passed by Civil Judge (Jr.Divn.), Dasuya closing the evidence of the applicant – petitioner, they have filed the instant petition.
Heard.
Without delving deep into the matter, this petition is allowed and the applicant -petitioners are granted opportunity to complete their evidence within three months from today, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/as costs.
It is made clear that no further time would be granted.
This petition is disposed of without issuing notice to the respondents with a view to impart complete justice to the parties and to save the huge expenses, which may be incurred by the respondents as also in order to avoid unnecessary delay in adjudication of the matter. Still, if dissatisfied, the respondents may move this court for recalling this order.
