In view of the fact that eviction of the petitioner has been ordered from the premises in question on account of the building being in a dilapidated condition, the instant petition which has been filed in pursuance of Section 12 of the East Punjab Rent Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949 seeking repairs of the building, necessarily has to be rejected.
Ordered accordingly.
