At the very outset, learned counsel intends to withdraw the instant petition to enable the petitioners to move an application for setting aside the impugned order and for restoration of the appeal, along with the application for condonation of delay before the first Appellate Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
Needless to mention that, if the petitioners file an application for condonation of delay, then the concerned Court will consider the same sympathetically.
