Pal Singh, LR of defendant no.1 has filed the present revision petition under Article 227 of the constitution assailing the order dated 01.06.2011 whereby the learned trial Court has dismissed his application for leading additional evidence.
At the time of hearing learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present revision petition has become infructuous in view of the suit filed by the plaintiff has been decided on 29.08.2011 and the appeal having been filed by the petitioner.
Dismissed as infructuous.
