This order shall dispose of two Civil Revisions bearing CR No.2140 of 2011 titled as 'Amrit Pal V. Amandeep Singh' and CR No.2141 of 2011 titled as `Jaspal Kumar V. Amandeep Singh' in which common questions of law and facts are involved.
In both the cases, the landlord is the same, whereas the tenants are different who had taken a plea that there does not exist relationship of landlord and tenant between the parties. Both the Courts below recorded a concurrent finding of fact with regard to the relationship which could not be challenged by the petitioner(s) in both the cases on the ground of any mis-reading of evidence.
In view thereof, I do not find any merit in the present revision petitions nor do I find any reason to disturb the finding of fact recorded by the Courts below. Hence, the revision petitions are hereby dismissed, however, without any order as to costs.
A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of another connected case.
