The petitioner is aggrieved against the order passed

by the learned District Judge, Jalandhar, whereby his prayer for transferring all his four cases pending in the Court of Mr.R.K. Jain, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar, to some other Court has been declined while allowing the prayer of the petitioner in respect of

two cases. The petitioner is apprehending injustice from Mr.R.K. Jain, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar, in his two cases which are pending before him.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the impugned order, I do not see any reason warranting interference in the impugned order passed by the learned District Judge, Jalandhar. The ground on which the transfer of cases, which have been transferred by Mr.R.K.Jain, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar, was that Mr.R.K. Jain had, at the instance of this Court, conducted a fact finding inquiry regarding tampering of some documents in those cases by some official of the Court of Mrs.Gurmeet Kaur, Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division). Jalandhar. However, the two cases which have not been transferred by the learned District Judge, do not have any concern with the cases in which a fact finding inquiry was conducted by Mr.R.K. Jain, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar. Besides, there is not sufficient material on record to infer that the Court of Mr. R.K. Jain, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar, is in any way prejudiced against the petitioner.
