This petition assails the order dated 27.01.2011 (Annexure P1) passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Guhla, whereby the application filed by the defendantpetitioner (hereinafter referred to as 'the petitioner') for additional evidence, was dismissed.
Earlier also, the petitioner had moved a Civil Revision No. 6939 of 2010 for re-opening his evidence, where he wanted to examine these two witnesses namely Sukhdev Singh and Jarnail Singh, but this Court vide order dated 08.11.2010 had dismissed the said revision petition.
No grounds to interfere.
Dismissed.
