Aggrieved against the order dated 26.8.2010 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Nabha dismissing the suit of the plaintiff – petitioner against defendant – respondent Gurmeet Kaur under Order 9 Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, he has filed the instant petition.
Heard.
Without delving deep into the matter, this petition is allowed and the plaintiff-petitioner is granted one more opportunity to file correct address, process and registered covers for service of defendant No.5, subject to payment of Rs.1000/- as costs.
This petition is disposed of without issuing notice to the

respondents with a view to impart complete justice to the parties and to save the huge expenses, which may be incurred by the respondents as also in order to avoid unnecessary delay in adjudication of the matter. Still, if dissatisfied, the respondents may move this court for recalling this order.
