Learned counsel for the State submitted that order passed by this court on 3.8.2011 has been complied with as the challan has been presented in the court on 22.10.2011.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that along with challan all the statements recorded during investigation have not been annexed.
Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise the issue regarding non-annexing of all the statements recorded during investigation before the learned Magistate at appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
