The grievance of the petitioner is that the Arbitrator i.e. Superintending Engineer, HUDA Circle, Faridabad has failed to adjudicate upon the dispute.
Mr. Raman Gaur, learned Counsel for the respondent has filed a reply and states that the agreement contemplates adjudication of dispute by an Arbitrator by designation and, therefore, the incumbent discharging the duties of post of Superintending Engineer, HUDA, Faridabad shall be requested to take up the process of adjudication and conclude the proceedings expeditiously.
In view of the said fact, no further orders are called for.
