It is grievance of the appellant that without issuance of notice to the appellant, who was the affected party, order has been passed against it. It is further stated that before passing of the order, services of respondent Nos.1 to 5 had already been terminated.
Taking note of facts and circumstances of this case, we dispose of this appeal and permit the appellant to move an application for review, before the learned Single Judge. Let an application for review be filed within fifteen days from today.
Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of Court Secretary of the Bench.
