During the course of hearing, it transpired that the appellant is only concerned with an amount of Rs.1541.83, being the difference of Rs.15,572/- and Rs.14030.17.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent on receiving instructions from his client Mr.Dinesh Yadav, Personnel Manager of the respondent, submits that the respondent is ready to deposit the amount with the appellant.
This satisfies the learned counsel for the appellant.
Accordingly, the impugned order of the Employees Insurance Court, Gurgaon, dated 18.9.1984, is modified to the extent that the

respondent is granted liberty to deposit the amount of Rs.1541.83 with the appellant within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With this observation, the present appeal is disposed of.
