This is an application filed under Order 23 Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the Code Of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short ‘CPC’) to withdraw the appeal on the ground that the appellant wanted to settle the dispute with the respondent amicably. The application is supported by an affidavit dated 3.4.2010 of the appellant, Mrs. Suman Chopra. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is hereby allowed. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
