The only prayer made in the present appeal, which arises out of a petition filed by the appellant seeking custody of the minor son has been accepted by the learned court below, is that the condition for deposit of ` 1,00,000/- within a period of one month from the date of order in the name of the minor child is harsh.
After hearing learned counsel for the appellant, in my opinion, the only relief which can be granted to the appellant in the present appeal is that time for deposit of the money in the name of minor son can be extended from one month to two months. The impugned order passed by the learned court below is modified only to that extent. The amount to be deposited shall remain as such.
The appeal stands disposed of.
