This writ petition was filed by the petitioner to challenge the action of the respondents in sending junior person for doing the Course. Counsel contends that during the pendency of the writ petition, said junior has been promoted. The counsel accordingly prays for withdrawing this writ petition with permission to file a fresh one to challenge the promotion order so made.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
