Learned State counsel states that the impugned
advertisement issued on 16.07.2010 (Annexure P16) or similar advertisement issued on any other date stand withdrawn and a notice to this effect has been published in the Punjabi Daily 'Ajit Samachar' on 13.08.2010. A copy of the notice withdrawing advertisement dated 16.07.2010 (Annexure P16) has been placed on record, which is marked 'A'.
In view of the above, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
