This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for impleading accused-Rajinder Singh S/o Jawahar Singh R/o Garden Colony, Patti, District Tarn Taran as respondent No.5 in the main petition.

Application is allowed. Accused-Rajinder Singh S/o Jawahar Singh R/o Garden Colony, Patti, District Tarn Taran is ordered to be impleaded as respondent No.5 in the main petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that FIR No. 225 was registered on 28.11.2008 but the police is not taking any action inspite of the fact that anticipatory bail of accused-Rajinder Singh was dismissed on 8.1.2009. Learned counsel further contends that at present the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2 to take action against accused-Rajinder Singh in accordance with law.

Notice of motion to the respondents.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. B.S. Sra, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Copy of the petition be supplied to him during the course of the day.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-S.S.P., Tarn Taran to look into the application/representation (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
