This petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 573 dated 29.12.2009 under Sections 166, 167, 191, 195, 201, 340, 344, 347, 348, 357, 358, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Sector 5 Panchkula.
Learned counsel for the CBI has submitted that now cancellation report has been submitted after investigation.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
