At the very outset and very fairly, learned counsel for U.T. has stated that since leave to appeal has already been declined by this Court in case Tara Chand and another co-accused of the respondent vide order dated 22.09.2010 in CRM-A No.715-MA of 2010, so this petition be also dismissed as such.
In this view of the matter, the instant petition is hereby dismissed.
