It is stated by learned Assistant Advocate General that the petitioner has joined the investigation, necessary recoveries have been made and that he is not required for custodial interrogation.
In the circumstances interim order dated 18.12.2009 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. , up to the filing of the challan, whereafter the petitioner would be required to seek regular bail.
Petition stands disposed of.
