This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents to provide protection to the petitioner and his family member as also a direction not to implicate in any false case.
Learned State counsel, in instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, who is present in court submits that representation, Annexure P-5 preferred by the petitioner shall be looked into by the concerned officer.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no
further orders are required to be passed at this stage.
