Davinder Singh alias Vicky has filed this third petition for bail in case FIR No. 101 dated 17.7.2008 under section 376 read with section 34 IPC, Police Station City Gurdaspur.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the
case file.
No fresh ground for releasing the petitioner on bail has arisen after dismissal of his previous two bail petitions.
Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently contended that after dismissal of previous bail petitions of the petitioner, statements of complainant and doctor have been recorded. However, that is not a fresh ground for releasing the petitioner on bail.
Dismissed.
