Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.28 dated 7.2.2008, under Sections 302,201,120-B of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District Mohali.
At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 2.11.2010, the following order was passed by this Court :-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was found innocent during investigation and had been summoned to face the trial on an application moved by the

prosecution under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Notice of motion for 7.12.2010.
In the meantime, the petitioner is
directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court shall release the petitioner on interim bail subject to its satisfaction.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the above order the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has furnished interim bail on 17.11.2010.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail furnished by the petitioner before the trial Court, in terms of the order of this Court dated 2.11.2010, is made absolute.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
