Learned State counsel, on instructions from Suresh Chand, Sub-Inspector states that pursuant to interim order of this Court, the petitioner has since joined investigation and has also handed over stolen Indica Car to the police and is no longer required for further investigation.
In view of the aforesaid, without meaning to comment anything on merits, the interim order dated 09.11.2009 is made absolute. This order shall remain operative till one month after the filing of the chargesheet by the police or till decision of regular bail petition of the petitioner, whichever is earlier.
The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
