This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of direction to respondents No. 1 to 5 to protect the lives and properties of the petitioner and his other family members as they apprehend imminent threat to their lives and properties at the hands of respondents No. 6 to 13.
Mr. Sidrath Sarup, DAG, Haryana, on instructions from ASI Dharam Pal, states that in pursuance to the order dated 09.11.2010, the matter was inquired into and statement of the girl was recorded.

Accordingly, FIR No. 441 dated 26.11.2010 under Section 292, 506, 120-B of Indian Penal Code and Sections 66-A, 67 of I.T. Act was registered at Police Station Sarai Khwaja, Faridabad. It is further stated that two constables have been posted out side the house of the petitioner.
In view of the above, the present petition is rendered
infructuous and disposed of as such.
