The petitioner-Smt.Azroon in the incident occurred on 15.5.2010 is attributed a danda blow on right foot of Sher Mohammad @ Samad who is the brother of the complainant-Aabid. The petitioner is a lady and the injury is attributed on a non-vital part.
Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Yashpal, Police Station Nuh has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and her custody is not required for the purposes of investigation.
In view of the above, the interim bail granted on 29.9.2010 is made absolute. Criminal Miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
