This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No. 4 dated 11.1.2008, under Sections 279, 337, 427, 323, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Amargarh, District Sangrur, on the basis of compromise.
The report of the trial Court was called for. The report has been received in which it is mentioned that parties have arrived at a compromise.
Counsel for the complainant – respondent No.2 has also

stated at the Bar that the matter has been compromised.
So, in view of compromise and in view of authority reported
as Kulwinder Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others 2007 (3) RCR (Criminal) 1052, the abovesaid FIR stands quashed. Further proceedings, in pursuant to that FIR also stand quashed.
