Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.66 dated 28.7.2010, under Sections 420,465,467,468,471,120-B of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Kharar, District Mohali.
At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 13.9.2010, the following order was passed by this Court :-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that the petitioner is a bona fide purchaser.
Notice of motion for 14.10.2010.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the
petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. He shall abide by

the provisions of Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.”
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Sub-Inspector Raghubir Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order the petitioner has joined investigation.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court on 13.9.2010 is made absolute.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
