Prayer under Section 438 Cr.P.C is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.22 dated 25.2.2010 under Sections 452/506/323/34 IPC, P.S Division No.8, Ludhiana.
Dispute is with regard to the feeding of the dogs in the streets, which was causing hindrance to the other inhabitants.
As per allegations in the FIR, petitioners along with other coaccused entered the house of the complainant and inflicted injuries.
Learned state counsel, on instructions from HC Darshan Singh, states that the challan is yet to be presented. He states that after the last date of hearing, petitioners have joined investigation on 8.11.2010 and their custodial interrogation is no longer required.
In view of the above, interim protection/bail granted vide order
dated 7.9.2010 is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of.
