This is a petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.65 dated 12.06.2010 under Sections 332, 353, 186, 395 and 427 IPC and Sections 185, 186 and 187 of Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, Police Station Alewa, District Jind.
The allegations against the petitioner are that he was the part of the un-lawful assembly who assaulted and used criminal force against the complainant and the polling staff to prevent them from discharging their duty.
No ground for concession of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
