Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the order dated 10.8.2007.
As per the intimation sent by Additional Civil Judge Senior Division, Meham, the complainant in this case had expired and his legal representative Om Singh (son) has withdrawn the complaint vide order dated 29.5.2010.
In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the petition.
