Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Daya Nand, has submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation in terms of the order reproduced above.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and the order granting interim bail dated 4.8.2010 is made absolute.
