The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure read with Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ, order or direction for Premature Release of petitioner.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record.
It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has become entitled to be released even as per the latest instructions of respondent – State.
As per reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State the case of the present petitioner for premature release has already been initiated by

Superintendent, Jail and however, the same is under consideration of State Level Committee.
Hence, in view of these facts and request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed with direction to respondents to consider and decide the premature release case of the petitioner as per the law within a period of one month from today.
It shall be the duty of learned State counsel to inform the concerned authorities about this order for strict compliance.
Disposed of accordingly.
Copy of order be given under the signature of Bench Secretary.
