The petitioners are husband and wife. They are apprehensive that respondent No.4 who happens to be the real brother of petitioner No.1 would jeopardize the rights of life and liberty of the petitioners in order to evade his liability to return an amount of Rs.2.50 lacs which was deposited with maternal uncle of petitioner No.1 and respondent No.4 being sister and brother to secure that petitioner No.2 husband of petitioner No.1 would properly treat petitioner No.1.

After considering all the facts and circumstances, I do not find
any ground to exercise inherent jurisdiction.
This petition is disposed of as not maintainable. However, it is observed that in case of any complaint or threat to the life of the petitioners or commission of any cognizable offence, it will be open to the petitioners to approach any of respondents No.2 and 3 for necessary action. In case no action is taken, it will be open to the petitioners to approach this Court again.
