This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking prearrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC (subsequently added Section 307 IPC) at Police Station Badhra, District Bhiwani, vide FIR No.68 dated 25th March, 2010.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the competent court for regular bail. He, however, prays that some protection may be granted in order to enable him to apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. In case the petitioner appears before the court below within a

week of receipt of certified copy of this order and applies for regular bail, the same shall be decided within a week thereafter, after considering all the pleas raised by the petitioner herein. Arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed till decision of his bail application.
