Petitioners have filed this petition under Sections 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.51 dated 7.4.2006, under Sections 308/325/452/34 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station- Nihal Singh Wala, District- Moga in view of the compromise dated 15.4.2010.
During the course of arguments it has transpired that the case is listed before the trial Court for final arguments.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to take into consideration the compromise effected between the parties at the time of final arguments.
