In the present petition, order dated 23.10.2007 (Annexure P1) has been assailed by the petitioner-husband whereby interim maintenance of Rs.600/- p.m. has been awarded to the respondent-wife under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
The interim order was passed on 23.10.2007. No stay was granted by this Court in favour of the petitioner. No one is present to assist this Court. By now the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. must have culminated and the final maintenance may have been awarded. If it is not so, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sangrur is directed to finally decide Application No.5 dated 12.8.2003 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The present petition stands disposed of.
