This revision petition has arisen out of an order dated 13.10.2009 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandigarh whereby evidence of the claimant was ordered to be closed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently argued that the petitioner has to examine only one witness namely doctor to prove the disability certificate. He prays that one last opportunity be granted for this purpose.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case in which the petitioner is

stated to have suffered two fracture on his left leg and for that purpose a disability certificate is required to be proved on the record, I deem it appropriate to provide one last opportunity to the petitioner to lead his evidence..
In view of the above, petition is allowed. Order dated 13.10.2009 is set aside. The petitioner is granted one last opportunity to lead his evidence on a date which shall be fixed on 15.1.2010 which is stated to be the date already fixed before the trial Court and on that day if the petitioner fails to lead his evidence as prayed for, then no further opportunity shall be granted to him. With these observations, the
present revision petition is disposed of.
